Warning: date() [function.date]: It is not safe to rely on the system's timezone settings. You are *required* to use the date.timezone setting or the date_default_timezone_set() function. In case you used any of those methods and you are still getting this warning, you most likely misspelled the timezone identifier. We selected 'America/Chicago' for 'CDT/-5.0/DST' instead in /backup/qa/www/sub/rss/product.php on line 32

Hi.

I am a small business owner. Just starting up.

I am evaluating several options for document management software. I have noticed an issue with the storage limitation in this free version. You say 10,000 documents or objects. I would like clarification what you mean by objects. I\'ve noticed that when importing 5,000 documents from a single folder the vault properties indicate that it contains twice that number of documents and that thousands of folders have been created. Why the doubling of file count and do those folders count as objects. I hope not, or the free version becomes virtually useless to me and makes me wary of purchasing the pro version. Please let me know how many PDF files, for instance can be loaded into a vault before I hit the limit.

Also, I have no need at the moment for all the additional features offered in the pro version, but I generally upgrade from my free or shareware program versions as I become dependent on them.

Also, is the document limitation of 10k per online vault or the aggregate of all docs between all the vaults created, offline or not?

Thanks.
